THEY’RE THE STARS! 5 Seconds of Summer secure their fourth Official UK Number 1 album with EVERYONE’S A STAR! this week.

After bagging their first chart-topper with 2015’s Sounds Good Feels Good, Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin, Luke Hemmings and Michael Clifford went on to celebrate Number 1 success with CALM (2020) and 5SOS5 (2022).

The lads have also topped the Official Record Store Chart, as EVERYONE’S A STAR! is named the most popular album in UK independent record shops this week.

Olivia Dean’s The Art of Loving secures an eighth week in the Top 5 (2).

That means Taylor Swift is knocked off the top, as The Life of a Showgirl settles for Number 3 this week.

Congratulations go to D-Block Europe, as PTSD 2 nets the duo a fifth Top 5 album in six years (4). Previously, D-Block have seen success with PTSD (2019), The Blue Print – Us VS, Them (2020), Lap 5 (2022) and their Number 1 success Rolling Stone (2024).

Elsewhere, following a special 25th anniversary reissue, Oasis’s Familiar To Millions live record rebounds back up the Albums Chart (11). The recording of their famous 2000 Wembley Stadium gig also tops this week’s Official Vinyl Albums Chart, shifting the most copies on wax over the past seven days.

Celeste secures a second Top 20 LP with Woman Of Faces (12).

US R&B star Summer Walker sees the third instalment of her ‘Over It’ series Finally Over It in at Number 13. Previous albums Over It (2019) and Still Over It (2021) also peaked inside the Top 20.

Michigan rapper NF has seen strong online support for latest project FEAR, which earns him a fourth UK Top 20 (14).

Momentum behind rising Liverpool rapper EsDeeKid continues to build, as Rebel ascends once again, this time up three places (16).

British rock stalwarts Doves find their So, Here We Are: Best Of Doves compilation at Number 17, meaning the Wilmslow band rack up an eighth Top 20 accomplishment in the bag.

With the release of a special 50th anniversary vinyl variant, Tears For Fears’ Songs From The Big Chair re-enters the album standings (20).

Tate McRae’s So Close To What jumps six spots this week, just in time for the release of the record’s deluxe edition (24).

And finally, rock ‘n’ roll legends The Rolling Stones round off this week’s Albums Chart, with their 1976 project Black and Blue at Number 40 thanks to the release of new physical variants.
