Backstreet Boys announce ‘Homecoming: Live In Germany’ arena residency – their only European shows of 2026

Backstreet Boys have announced a run of arena shows in Germany, marking their only European dates of 2026. Find all the details below.

The US boyband are set to bring their ‘Into The Millennium’ concert to Düsseldorf’s Merkur Spiel Arena, where they’ll stage a six-night residency next autumn. It follows their huge stint at Las Vegas’ Sphere this summer.

Scheduled to run between September 25 and October 2, the forthcoming gigs mark a special return to the country that gave Backstreet Boys their first-ever platinum record 30 years ago.

“When we talk about this being a homecoming, it’s because Germany is where everything clicked for us,” said the group’s Brian Littrell. “It’s where our dream stopped being hypothetical and became something real. Coming back for these shows feels full circle.”

Backstreet Boys recorded some of their biggest hits overseas and spent their first years performing across Europe, building a loyal audience show by show. Fans in Germany were among the first to fill venues, ahead of the band achieving worldwide success.

Writing on social media, they added: “The first place that ever embraced the Backstreet Boys was Germany. You saw who we were before the rest of the world even knew we existed. For this, we are forever grateful, and after 30 years, we are finally coming home.”

Tickets for the Düsseldorf residency – dubbed ‘Into The Millennium – Homecoming: Live In Germany’ – go on general sale at 12pm CET on Monday December 15. You’ll be able to buy yours here.

Alternatively, fans can access an artist pre-sale at the same time next Friday (December 12), or a Ticketmaster pre-sale the following day (13).

Organisers have teased “an unforgettable, stadium-sized celebration of the Backstreet Boys’ legacy” at the German dates next year.

“The group will bring their iconic, five-time Grammy-nominated ‘Millennium’ album to life on stage, featuring beloved classics like ‘I Want It That Way’ and ‘Larger Than Life’ along with a powerful lineup of their greatest hits,” they continued.

Backstreet Boys’ ‘Into The Millennium – Homecoming: Live In Germany’ 2026 dates are:

SEPTEMBER
25 – Merkur Spiel Arena, Düsseldorf
26 – Merkur Spiel Arena, Düsseldorf
27 – Merkur Spiel Arena, Düsseldorf
29 – Merkur Spiel Arena, Düsseldorf
30 – Merkur Spiel Arena, Düsseldorf

OCTOBER
02 – Merkur Spiel Arena, Düsseldorf

Backstreet Boys became the first pop act to play the Las Vegas Sphere this year. They’ll return to the venue for another leg later this month, wrapping up the residency in mid-February.
