The stars aligned in London on Monday night as Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald stepped out for an exclusive fan screening of their highly anticipated Netflix documentary, “TAKE THAT”. The event transformed The Cinema at the Power Station into a glittering celebration of British pop royalty just 24 hours ahead of the film’s global release.

A Star-Studded Celebration

The trio was joined by director David Soutar and Executive Producer Gabe Turner to mark the arrival of the three-part limited series. The red carpet also drew a host of celebrity admirers and friends, including Amanda Holden, racing legend David Coulthard, and JLS star Oritse Williams, all eager to get a first look at the definitive story of the UK’s most iconic boy band.

35 Years in the Making

Produced by Fulwell Entertainment, the documentary offers an unprecedented deep dive into a career spanning three and a half decades. With over 45 million records sold and 12 UK number-one singles, the series promises more than just a highlight reel. Fans can expect an intimate journey through:

The Early Days: Their 1990s formation in Manchester.
The Chaos: Reliving the “meteoric rise” and the “dramatic split” that broke a generation’s hearts.
The Comeback: Documenting one of the greatest second acts in music history.
Never-Before-Seen Access

What sets this series apart is the sheer volume of rare material. The production utilized 35 years of archive footage and never-before-seen personal videos. While the series features brand-new interviews with the current trio, it also includes insightful archive interviews with Jason Orange and Robbie Williams, ensuring all five perspectives of the “Fab Five” era are represented.

“TAKE THAT” launches globally on Netflix on Tuesday, 27th January 2026. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or a pop-culture enthusiast, this 3-part series is set to be the definitive account of camaraderie, heartbreak, and resilience.
