The London-born, multi-BRIT-winning artist is due to top the bill at the event’s 35th anniversary edition at Preston Park on Saturday August 2. She’ll be performing support of her upcoming second album, ‘This Music May Contain Hope’, out March 27.

The following night (Sunday August 3), global icon Ross will take to the stage in Brighton for a UK-exclusive performance.

Paul Kemp, Managing Director, said: “We are beyond thrilled to welcome the phenomenal RAYE and the iconic Ms. Ross as our Pride On The  Park 2026 headliners. Having first graced our stage in 2018, RAYE’S journey over the past nine years has been nothing short of extraordinary.

“Welcoming the incomparable Diana Ross as our Sunday headliner as a UK live show exclusive is a dream come true. Her legendary voice and catalogue of hits will be an unforgettable moment in Brighton Pride history.”

He continued: “As we proudly celebrate 35 years of Brighton & Hove Pride, we look ahead to an unforgettable weekend that honours the power of love in all its forms. This year promises to be truly momentous – a joyous celebration of inclusivity, unity, and pride, and one we cannot wait to share with you.”

Tickets go on general sale at 10am GMT next Friday (February 13) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Alternatively, fans can sign up to access a pre-sale at the same time on Thursday (February 12).

RAYE previously performed at Brighton Pride in 2018 and 2022.

Kickstarting Brighton & Hove Pride this year will be its annual LGBTQ+ Community Parade. The theme the 2026 event is ‘The Power Of Love’ – which will bring attendees “together in solidarity, resistance and community” as they “strive for equality for all”.

“This special 35-year celebration is a chance to look back at where our march first began,” organisers explained. “This anniversary invites us to remember the courage it took to be visible, during years when showing up at all was an act of resistance.”

They went on: “Pride grew because people stood together, united. Determined and unapologetic. We honour those early activists, and acknowledge how their bravery and unity carried us all forward.”

Meanwhile, RAYE debuted new material from ‘This Music May Contain Hope’ when she began her 2026 tour in Poland last month. The forthcoming record is the long-awaited follow-up to her 2023 debut, ‘My 21st Century Blues’.

It’ll feature the Number One single ‘Where Is My Husband!’, which was named as one of NME‘s 50 best songs of 2025.

RAYE’s 2026 UK and Ireland tour kicks off later this month, and includes six huge shows at The O2 in London. She’ll also headline Reading & Leeds 2026 this summer. Find any remaining tickets here.
