Kodaline announce UK, Europe, Asia and Australia legs of 2026 farewell tour

Kodaline have announced a 2026 farewell tour, with new dates taking place across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.

The hit Irish band announced plans to bring the group to an end in a new statement to fans, revealing that they will be releasing one more album before calling it quits.

The record will be their fifth and final LP, and is expected to be released later in 2026. While details about an exact release date and the title are still under wraps, the band did share insight into why they would be bringing things to a close after over 10 years together.

“Hi Everyone, After over a decade together we’ve made the difficult decision to say goodbye to Kodaline,” their statement began. “We know this might come as a surprise, and it’s definitely bittersweet for us too.

“What we’ve shared with you has changed our lives forever. From busking on the streets of Dublin to selling out shows and arenas across the world, it really has been the stuff that dreams are made of,” they added. “We want to end on a high, so before we say goodbye, we’re heading into the studio one last time, to record our fifth, and final album, as Kodaline.”

Concluding, they wrote: “We are, and always will be, forever grateful for your love and support. It’s been a journey that we will never forget and we hope the music stays with you long after we’re gone.”

Tour dates kick off in Singapore on August 8, and continue with shows in Seoul, Hong Kong, Bangkok and more throughout the month, before the Australian leg kicks off in September, and features four dates in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Dates wrap up at the end of the year, when the band come to Europe for shows in Paris, Brussels, Berlin and more in November, before a final handful of European and UK shows the next month. There are three UK shows lined up, taking place at the Roundhouse in London, the Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow, and Albert Hall in Manchester.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (March 27) at 10am local time, and pre-sale options are available from tomorrow (Tuesday March 24). Visit here for UK tickets, here for Australian tickets, and here for the rest of the world.
