Olivia Rodrigo has announced the title of her highly anticipated third studio album.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the Good 4 U singer revealed that her upcoming project will be called You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.

The album is now available for pre-order and is set to drop on 12 June.

“My third album ‘you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love’ is out June 12th. I am so proud of this record and I can’t wait for you to hear it (sic),” she wrote.

In addition, Olivia shared the cover art for the album, for which she is seen posing in a pink dress while flying through the air on a swing.

The Deja Vu hitmaker has once again collaborated with producer Dan Nigro.

Previously, the pair worked on her 2021 debut album, Sour, and the 2023 follow-up, Guts.

Olivia has been teasing new music for the past few months.

And in an interview for the latest issue of British Vogue, the singer-songwriter divulged that her third offering will include some “sad love songs”.

“I realised all my favourite romantic love songs were beautiful because they had a tinge of fear or yearning in them,” the 23-year-old commented.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Olivia shared how she had been inspired by a recent visit to London.

“I’ve spent so much time here over the course of making this album. It has a lot of songs that are London vibes, about experiences that I’ve had here,” she added.
