50 Cent asks God to “forgive” his enemies for “misunderstanding” him on Good Friday

50 Cent has shared a Good Friday prayer for his enemies.

The rapper took to Instagram yesterday (April 3) to ask God to “forgive” those he’s disagreed with for “misunderstanding” him on the holy day.

“Father God forgive me for my sins, forgive me for eating so much peanut butter and jelly, I’m big ass shit now,” he began.

“Father God forgive my enemies for misunderstanding me, allow your light to shine so bright within me that my aura glows, in the name of the father the son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.”

The post came alongside a photo of the rap icon as a child wearing a suit and oversized sunglasses. “Positive vibes it’s Good Friday I’m gonna get some work done,” he wrote.

Some fans have been speculating about the enemies he’s referring to, given his previous rifts with T.I., Ja Rule, Rick Ross, Papoose, Young Buck and Jim Jones.

Last year, he also produced the four-part docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning, which follows allegations of sexual assault against the disgraced music mogul and his longtime enemy Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

The series was released on Netflix in December, while 50 Cent’s involvement in the doc was first announced back in 2023. He serves as an executive producer on the project, which was directed by Alex Stapleton.

Jackson explained his motivation for working on the documentary last year, telling ABC News‘ Good Morning America: “If I didn’t say anything, you would interpret it as that hip-hop is fine with his behaviours. There’s no-one else being vocal.”

It came after Combs was sentenced to four years and two months in prison following his conviction on federal prostitution-related charges. A judge said a “substantial sentence” was required to “send a message to abusers and victims alike that abuse against women is met with real accountability”.

In July, 12 New Yorkers acquitted the music mogul of sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which carried a potential life sentence. They did, however, find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution involving his two ex-girlfriends, Cassandra Ventura and “Jane”.

In other news, earlier this year, Fetty Wap credited 50 Cent for being there for him during his federal drug case, which saw him spend three years in prison.
