Teddy Swims‘ Coachella 2026 set saw him bring out a slew of surprise guests – check out all the details below.

The singer performed yesterday (April 10) on the main stage, with his set kicking off at 5:30pm local time. Early on, Swims let fans know that special guests would be joining throughout the set and used a doorbell sound effect to welcome them to the screaming crowd.
First came Joe Jonas, who joined for a rendition of the Jonas Brothers’ ‘When You Look Me in the Eyes’. Welcoming him on stage, Swims told the audience: “Oh my God, if it isn’t the most sexy and most talented Jonas Brother.”
Shortly afterwards, Vanessa Carlton took to the stage and the two performed her 2001 hit ‘A Thousand Miles’.
Then, as Swims was wrapping up his set, the doorbell rang for a third time, before Van Halen‘s David Lee Roth appeared as the final surprise guest.
“Oh, my God! It’s David Lee Roth from the best fucking band of all time, Van Halen!” Swims declared as he emerged. The opening synth line of ‘Jump’ then began to play, and the legendary frontman gave a high-octane performance – spinning and gyrating in his bedazzled leather vest.

In other news, Jack White has been confirmed for Coachella 2026 weekend one as a last-minute addition, while Lambrini Girls appear to have been dropped from the line-up. Elsewhere, headliner Karol G has said that she has been warned not to say “ICE out”, as doing so could lead to her losing her visa.
Other acts on the bill at Coachella this year include The xx, The Strokes, Nine Inch Noize (Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize), Disclosure, Turnstile, Geese, Ethel Cain, KATSEYE, Addison Rae, Labrinth, David Byrne, Interpol, Alex G, BIGBANG, Laufey, Iggy Pop, FKA Twigs and Wet Leg.
As for Swims, the singer released his second album, ‘I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 2)’, in January 2025. The album was given a four-star review by NME, which read: “The swiftly released follow-up staves off a bad case of sequelitis because it successfully deepens Swims’ story.
“He’s ‘coming from more of a healed spot’ now, as he put it to NME backstage at Reading Festival last summer; opener ‘Not Your Man’, with its thunderous percussion and ominous, rolling bassline, certainly sounds like the work of a man emboldened by world domination,” it added.
