MGK and Fred Durst team up for massive nu-metal collab single ‘FIX UR FACE’

MGK and Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst have linked up for a throwback slice of nu-metal – listen to ‘FIX UR FACE’ below.

It is the first new music from the artist formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly since his 2025 album ‘Lost Americana’, and it is his first time recording with Durst, although the two artists have been friends for many years, dating back to their 2014 tour together.

The track calls back to the thrashy, raucous sound that Limp Bizkit helped establish around the turn of the millennium, evoking their single ‘Break Stuff’ in particular – a track that MGK and Limp Bizkit played live together in 2019 in Los Angeles.

It comes with a video directed by Sam Cahill, which was filmed in multiple cities throughout MGK’s ‘Lost Americana’ world tour, including London, Dublin, Berlin and Los Angeles. Check it out here:

The world tour resumes on May 15 in Wheatland, California and runs until July 1 in Ridgefield, Washington – find any remaining tickets here. He will also be playing at Summer Sonic in Tokyo in August and Rock in Rio in September.

Last month, an MGK fan took a nasty fall after he invited them on stage at The O2 in London during a performance of ’Bloody Valentine’, although it appeared that no serious damage was done.

That show came shortly after MGK made a Radio 1 appearance which saw him cover Gorillaz’s ‘Feel Good Inc’. In the interview, MGK also claimed that he was “on this trajectory of wanting to be a stadium act”, citing Oasis as an inspiration after seeing them at their huge Wembley shows.

“I’ve been an Oasis diehard since I first heard them 20 years ago – before I was 10 years old,” he said. “Zero production, just a great rock band playing great rock music. It was amazing.”

As for Limp Bizkit, they paid tribute to their late bassist Sam Rivers at their first show since his passing in Mexico City in November. Rivers died at the age of 48 following a cardiac arrest on October 18.

An emotional video tribute played for the live crowd during the set which members of the group watched from the stage. As the words “Sam Rivers, our brother forever” and “Sam Rivers, we love you forever” brought the clip to an end, the band embraced each other.
