Justin Timberlake can’t ‘apologise enough’ for beatboxing era

Justin Timberlake can’t ‘apologise enough’ for beatboxing era

Justin Timberlake has joked that he doesn’t “know how to apologise enough” for his beatboxing era.

Content creator Hannah Young recently posted a reel to Instagram in which she reminisced about the Mirrors singer’s attempts at the artform.

“Nobody questioned it,” she stated. “Nobody said, ‘Justin, you know? We have drums. This is a professional recording studio. There are instruments available to you.’ And we liked it. That’s what I need us to sit with. We were watching that man make drum noises with his mouth, like, ‘Oh, my God, what can’t he do?'”

The humorous clip quickly racked up thousands of views, and on Monday, Justin publicly responded to Hannah.

“I often look back on that time as well,” he shared. “I still haven’t come up with any answers. I don’t know how to apologize enough for whatever those ambitions were. Too many boots. Too many cats. I hope you can forgive me.”

And to conclude, the SexyBack star admitted that he is sometimes tempted to beatbox.

“Also, I can’t promise I won’t do it again. God help us all,” the 45-year-old teased.

And despite Justin’s apology, many followers in the comments section praised his ability.

“Love his beatboxing both LIVE and on studio recordings,” one fan declared, while another added: “I’ve always loved his beatboxing!”

The singer-songwriter beatboxed in the *NSYNC song Pop, from the boyband’s 2001 album Celebrity, and his 2003 solo single Rock Your Body.
