Representatives for Beyoncé have shut down rumours that the singer is planning on announcing a 2025 tour.
Speculation around a potential tour comes after it was recently revealed that Bey will be bringing ‘Cowboy Carter’ to the NFL Christmas-day Halftime Show next month.
Announced by Netflix, the singer will perform at this year’s Halftime Show, which takes place midway through the showdown between Houston Texas and the Baltimore Ravens. The event will be live-streamed on Netflix on Christmas Day (December 25).
Following the confirmation, fans began speculating that Bey may have had bigger plans in mind, and suggested that the NFL gig was somewhat of a ‘warm-up’ for a soon-to-be-announced tour.
Now, Beyoncé’s longtime representative Yvette Noel-Schure has spoken out about the rumours and said that there is no truth to them – much to fans’ dismay.
“Untrue. Nothing to report here,” the publicist posted on Twitter/X. She also added that: “Whenever there is any news, you will hear it directly from the source first.”

Beyoncé last hit the road in 2023 to celebrate her ‘Renaissance’ album. Running from May to October and hitting 39 cities in 17 countries, it was one of the highest-grossing tours of all time, taking in a reported $579million (£455.7million) in revenue.
Since then, she has taken a country-styled turn in her sound and released ‘Cowboy Carter’ earlier this year.
The record scored a five-star review from NME, with Jenessa Williams writing: “Even if interpreted only on the grounds of artistic spectacle, it’s an undeniable thrill to see her swing so big on a project that dares her to be so intimate and vocal-focused, while making way for country’s up-and-comers too.”
The upcoming slot at Christmas won’t be Beyoncé’s first NFL outing. She has performed at two other Halftime Shows in the past – both during the Super Bowl. In 2013, she performed with her Destiny’s Child groupmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. Three years later, she performed again – this time alongside Coldplay and Bruno Mars.
