Lily Allen will be temporarily replaced by Mabel on her BBC podcast while she receives treatment at a trauma clinic.
Allen presents her Miss Me? Podcast alongside her close friend Miquita Oliver, but recently announced she will be taking a break from work following the collapse of her marriage to David Harbour.
The BBC has now confirmed celebrities including Mabel, comedian Simon Amstell and Rizzle Kicks star Jordan Stephens will stand in for Allen during her absence.
Mabel is set to co-host the episodes released on 16 and 20 January, Stephens will feature in the episodes available on 23 and 27 January, while Amstell will sit in for Allen on 30 January and 3 February.
The 39-year-old singer checked into an £8,000-a-week centre after revealing she was close to a nervous breakdown following her split from her Stranger Things actor spouse in December.
She told podcast listeners, “I’ve been spiralling and spiralling, and it’s got out of control.”
Allen then explained that she would be “going away” for a few weeks, before insisting she remains sober after quitting alcohol five years ago.
The singer is expected to spend several weeks at a US residential retreat, during which she will take part in one-to-one therapy sessions as well as group counselling. Allen will also be expected to hand in her mobile phone, follow a healthy diet and take regular countryside walks.
