Gwyneth Paltrow and her ex Chris Martin’s eldest child, Apple, attended Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris, France on Saturday.
The actress wrote on Instagram: “My beautiful daughter,” along with pics of the 20-year-old wearing a sky blue, strapless, ruffled gown, adding: “in @maisonvalentino.”
Apple was also joined at the event by her dad and brother Moses Martin, 18. All four wore Valentino designs, Vogue reported.
She reportedly sported a custom gown incorporating six dégradé tiers of silk plissé chiffon, as well as a black sash and bow at the waist, the magazine said, adding that the garment took Valentino creative director Alessandro Michele’s atelier 750 hours to make.
Since 1994, the annual invitation-only debutante ball has introduced women aged between 16 and 22 from about 12 countries into French society.
In addition to Apple, this year’s list of debutantes includes Lucia Ponti, 18-actress Sasha Alexander and Edoardo Ponti’s daughter, who is also Sophia Loren’s granddaughter.
In past years, the roster of debutantes has included several other celebs with famous parents-Reese Witherspoon and ex Ryan Phillippe’s daughter Ava Philippe, Phil Collins and ex Jill Tavelman’s daughter Lily Collins, Demi Moore and ex Bruce Willis’ daughter Scout Willis and Andie MacDowell and Paul J. Qualley’s daughter Margaret Qualley.
