British boy band Blue are on course for their fourth Number 1 album, and first in almost 23 years, with Reflections.

The group’s seventh LP would be Lee Ryan, Duncan James, Simon Webbe and Antony Costa’s first chart-topper success since 2003’s Guilty. Can they hit those heights again over two decades on from their last?

However, indie rock outfit The Cribs are in hot pursuit with Selling A Vibe (2). The brothers from Wakefield will be pushing for their first Number 1, also tracking to achieve their highest charting project ever. Their highest performing records to date, Ignore the Ignorant (2009) and 24-7 Rock Star S**t (2017), both peaked at Number 8.

This means that Olivia Dean’s The Art of Loving begins the week at Number 3, having occupied the top spot for the whole of 2026 so far.

South Londoners Dry Cleaning could see their third studio album Secret Love break the Top 5 (4). The record would equal the post-punk band’s personal best with 2021 debut New Long Leg.

American rockers Alter Bridge may earn a sixth Top 10 accolade with a new self-titled album (5).

Country singer Zach Bryan is eyeing a new best with his latest project, With Heaven On Top (6). It’d mark the singer-songwriter’s first Top 10 success here in the UK.

Australian star The Kid Laroi is aiming for his second Top 20 LP with his latest collection BEFORE I FORGET (12).

Looking elsewhere, Oasis’s Definitely Maybe looks to push towards the Top 20, lifting three so far this week (26), as David Bowie’s Legacy, which re-entered the Top 40 last Friday following the 10th anniversary of the legendary musician’s death, aims to climb further up the standings (28).

Finally, following the announcement of his new album The Romantic dropping in February, Bruno Mars’ 2010 release Doo-Wops & Hooligans could rebound back into the Top 40 for the first time since April 2022, jumping a remarkable 48 positions midweek (36).
