Brent Faiyaz is hitting the road for his first U.S. tour in three years. Titled I Spent the Night With Brent Faiyaz, the arena run will hit three major markets with stops in New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago later this year.
“I’m excited to get back on stage again. Being in the room with the fans, feeling the energy back and forth, that’s something you can’t recreate anywhere else,” Faiyaz said in a statement. “I took my time with Icon because I wanted it to mean something, and now I get to bring it to the people who rode with me through all of it.”
The R&B singer will head to Chicago’s United Center on Nov. 30, Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Dec. 3, and take over Crypto.com Arena on Dec. 11.
Presented by Encore Live, artist pre-sale tickets go on sale starting on Thursday (Sept. 24) at 10 a.m. local time, while the general public gets a shot on Friday (Sept. 25) at 10 a.m.
The intimate limited-edition run marks Faiyaz’s first North American trek since his F–k the World, It’s a Wasteland Tour in 2023.
Brent Faiyaz returned with his Icon album in February, which was released through his ISO Supremacy agency and UnitedMasters. The LP notched him another top 10 with a debut at No. 6 on the Billboard 200. Days after the project’s arrival, the Maryland native delivered the Director’s Cut featuring a two-pack of new tracks.
The 31-year-old also made a standout appearance on A$AP Rocky’s “Stay Here 4 Life,” which samples Faiyaz’s “Full Moon.” The Don’t Be Dumb standout reached No. 23 on the Billboard Hot 100.
