Happy You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love Day! Olivia Rodrigo leads this week’s New Music Friday with her enthralling third studio album, led by the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Drop Dead” and the top five hit “The Cure” (No. 5). Yet another emotional journey steered by the three-time Grammy winner and her longtime collaborator Dan Nigro, You Seem Pretty Sad finds Rodrigo delivering 13 gut-wrenching indie rock and pop-informed songs, this time bringing along The Cure’s Robert Smith for a standout track in “What’s Wrong With Me.”

Bebe Rexha’s Dirty Blonde and Infinity Song’s new eponymous LP are also among the buzziest new full-length releases of the week. The former finds the “New Religion” singer offering her first album since partnering with EMPIRE, while the latter is the latest evolution from the Detroit-hailing, alt-rock family band. This New Music Friday also boasts new projects from Baauer (U), Blxst (Labor of Love), Jessie Reyez (A Little Vengeance), Hayley Kiyoko (Girls Like Girls), ANOTR (Witness) Keith Urban (Flow State), Myles Smith (My Mess, My Heart, My Life), Ruel (Kicking My Feet & Screaming), Spacey Jane (Exit Wounds), Cultura Profética (En Bucle), Sublime (Until the Sun Explodes) and Tori Kelly (God Must Really Love Me).

Over on the singles side, BTS leads the way with the arrival of “Come Over,” the group’s ARIRANG deluxe vinyl-exclusive bonus track, to streaming platforms. The song’s release is in celebration of the 13th anniversary of the group’s debut, and arrives during its annual Festa celebration. “This track was created with profound care and sincerity,” BigHit previously said of the track in a statement, adding that it “is a song that captures the sincere emotions of the artists as they prepare to reunite with fans after a long hiatus.”

On the other side of the musical spectrum, rocker Jack White shared “Dollar Bill,” the latest taste from his recently announced new album, due July 10. Jamaican dancehall star Ayetian, who emerged as the genre’s most nominated act at the 2026 Caribbean Music Awards, dropped a scathing new single titled “Chip,” and Grammy-winning North Carolina MC Rapsody linked up with the Karabo yaMorena Choir for “God Gotta Afro.”

This New Music Friday also offers new tracks from Nipsey Hussle (“Sacrifices”), Zacari (“Real Life”), Roy Woods (“Trust And Believe”), Tove Lo and Stromae (“Des Fleurs”), Ludacris and Glorilla (“Real Hustla”), Ayra Starr (“Tornado”), Aly & AJ (“Year of the Horse”), Fousheé (“Drive”), Chris Young and Breland (“If You’re Lucky”), Lauv (“Don’t You Know”), Warren Zeiders (“Days of My Life”), DJ GQ and Mr. Vegas (“If We Had More Time”), Kate Hudson (“California Dreamin’”), Toosii (“Yesterday”) and a collab among LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT and KATSEYE (“Iconic By Mistake”).
