Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B is speaking at the latest Kamala Harris campaign rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The Bodak Yellow hitmaker, who is appearing at the rally Friday night US time as a guest speaker, has a history of endorsing Democratic candidates. She supported President Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
As the US Election Day approaches next Tuesday, the list of women in music backing Harris is still growing. GloRilla will be hitting the stage to perform, alongside other musical performances from Flo Milli, MC Lyte, The Isley Brothers and DJ Gemini Gilly.
The news comes after a host of superstar women have thrown their support behind Vice President Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee.
Madonna recently stated that she was flying home from Paris to vote for Harris and Jennifer Lopez took the stage at a rally in Las Vegas to introduce the current VP, telling the crowd this was the “most important stage” she’d ever been on.
Bronx-born rapper Cardi B is one of the biggest names in hip-hop, with an Instagram following of 165 million.
She often addresses social and political issues on her social media channels.
With the election looming, Harris and former President Donald Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, are locked in a tight race to win the White House.
