To give the incendiary track an appropriately wild visual presentation, director Alex Acy recruited the infamous Swiss extreme skiing collective BPC, also known as the Buldoz Project Crew. The daredevil crew has built a massive global following by pushing the boundaries of extreme sports, specializing in the dangerous art of snowless skiing across unconventional surfaces ranging from raw concrete and glass to rugged, rocky terrain. The resulting video showcases BPC skiers Flaco, Blasco Paterno Castello, Mael Bovey, Jordy, and Andrea de Angelis pulling off high-stakes stunts while the band’s soundtrack pins the decibel meters into the red.
Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl expressed his complete amazement upon discovering the collective’s chaotic stunts.
Grohl noted that snowless skiing is easily the gnarliest extreme sport he has ever witnessed, calling it a fine line between maximum fun and a guaranteed trip to the emergency room, adding that it is a true honour to provide the official musical soundtrack to their madness. Director Alex Acy spent a year collaborating with the crew after discovering them on YouTube, stating that it takes an undeniable level of charisma and style to pull off such dangerous stunts.
The release of the video comes as the legendary group prepares for the highly anticipated UK leg of their current Take Cover global stadium tour. The band is scheduled to bring their legendary live energy to Liverpool for two massive headline shows at Anfield Stadium on June 25th and June 27th.
