Gracie Abrams has postponed the first two shows of her U.K. tour due to ill health.
The U.S. singer, who is in the middle of her The Secret of Us arena tour, has been forced to reschedule two of her shows because she is “struggling” with an illness.
The postponed shows were originally due to take place in Nottingham on Monday and Leeds on Tuesday, but they will now be moved to a later date which has yet to be announced.
The news comes just days after Gracie, 25, cancelled her concert in Brussels, Belgium, due to the same illness.
In a handwritten note addressed to Nottingham and Leeds, the That’s So True hitmaker expressed her regret at the postponements.
“I hate that I have to write this again so soon,” she began her letter, which she posted on her Instagram Stories. “Unfortunately, I am still really struggling with this illness and have been advised that I cannot perform these next two nights. I can’t tell you how much this breaks my heart.”
Gracie added that she has been “dreaming” about the tour since she released her second studio album, The Secret of Us, last summer.
“The moment we hear any concrete details about these two shows in your cities, we will be in touch,” she continued. “Please know I’d give anything to be able to be with you. Thank you for understanding. I’m sending all my love and my deepest regrets.”
Gracie kicked off the tour last month in Madrid, Spain, and has performed in cities across Europe such as Lisbon, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Milan, Zurich and Paris.
Gracie is next scheduled to play at the O2 in London on Thursday. She will also perform in Manchester, Cardiff, Dublin, Glasgow and Ireland.
