How to Live Stream the 2026 Grammys

The 2026 Grammy Awards are happening today (Sunday, February 1), at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Below, see how to live stream the 2026 Grammys beginning at 3:30 p.m. EST. The festivities kick off with an early-afternoon red carpet before the bulk of the awards are doled out during the Premiere Ceremony.

The televised main event begins at 8 p.m. It will air on CBS and stream on Paramount+ With Showtime. Leading this year’s nominations is Kendrick Lamar, who has nine nods and will be looking to repeat in several categories, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year. Trailing the GNX rapper are Lady Gaga, Jack Antonoff, and Mayhem producer Cirkut, who have seven apiece. You can read the full nominations list here. This year’s performer slate includes Justin Bieber, Sabrina Carpenter, and Clipse. Those nominated for Best New Artist—Addison Rae, KATSEYE, Alex Warren, Leon Thomas, Lola Young, Olivia Dean, and sombr—will perform in a medley segment. On the tribute side, Lauryn Hil will honor D’Angelo and Roberta Flack, while Reba McEntire, Brandy Clark, and Lukas Nelson will perform during the In Memoriam segment.

How to Live Stream the 2026 Grammys Premiere Ceremony

This year’s Grammys Premiere Ceremony starts at 3:30 p.m. EST, where the majority of the 96 awards that otherwise wouldn’t fit in the telecast’s shorter slot get handed out. It streams live on live.GRAMMY.com and the Recording Academy’s YouTube channel. The ceremony will be hosted by Darren Criss, who has received his first Grammy nomination for the musical Maybe Happy Ending recording album.

In addition to Criss, performers during the daytime event include current nominees Helen J Shen, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Zara Larsson. Among the presenters are Dave Koz, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Edgar Barrera, Jesse Welles, and five-time Grammy winner Jimmy Jam.

Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. and Dr. Chelsey Green (the Academy’s Chair of the Board of Trustees) will provide opening remarks. The Premiere Ceremony is held at Peacock Theater.

How to Live Stream the 2026 Grammys Red Carpet

The Grammys’ glamorous red-carpet moments will stream on live.GRAMMY.com and YouTube. The official red-carpet show, Live From E!: Grammys, will broadcast on E! starting at 6 p.m. EST.

How to Live Stream the 2026 Grammys Main Ceremony

For the main ceremony at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena, Trevor Noah will return to host for the sixth consecutive year. The show begins at 8 p.m. EST and will air live on CBS and stream live on Paramount+. Paramount+ With Showtime subscribers can watch the show live or through their local CBS affiliate. Paramount+ Essential subscribers can view the Grammys on-demand the day following its premiere. The Grammys can also be watched online through streaming services that include CBS in their live TV options, such as Hulu + Live TV and YouTube TV.
