Sitting at Number 2 based on preliminary sales and early streaming reports, the summer release aims to displace “Rein Me In,” which has spent nine consecutive weeks at Number 1.
Meanwhile, Irish rock outfit Fontaines D.C. are on course to secure their highest-charting UK single to date with “Marianne.” Tracking at Number 15 following the announcement of their fifth studio album, Dopamine Chamber, scheduled for release in October 2026, the track is positioned to become the group’s second Top 40 entry following 2025’s “It’s Amazing To Be Young.”
Further down the update, a limited-edition 7-inch vinyl release has propelled “These Alarms,” the collaboration between Snow Patrol and Kylie Minogue, to Number 21, positioning it for a potential Top 40 debut. Calvin Harris’s single “Satisfy” featuring Jazzy is tracking up 40 places to Number 18, eyeing its first main chart entry, while Sonny Fodera and Becky Hill’s joint single “Say Something” sits at Number 38.
Several singles are tracking toward new chart peaks within the Top 10 mid-week standings. Stella Lefty’s “Boston” holds at Number 3, with Sienna Spiro securing two spots in the top tier as “Great Expectation” reaches Number 6 and “Die On This Hill” enters at Number 10. Sheffield producer Silva Bumpa climbs to Number 8 with “On 2nite,” while Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” sits at Number 13 and Alyssa Grace’s “bloodstream” tracks at Number 16.
The final standings for the Official Singles Chart Top 100 will be revealed on Friday.
