Tinnitus UK, the country’s leading tinnitus charity, has announced ‘Quiet Night Out’, a unique music and arts event designed with safe listening at its core. Taking place at London’s iconic Union Chapel on Thursday 5th February, the evening will raise crucial awareness during Tinnitus Week 2026 and champion hearing health in the live music industry.

The event features an eclectic line-up, all performing at carefully controlled sound levels to ensure a comfortable experience for people living with tinnitus, hyperacusis, or general sound sensitivity. Headlining the musical contributions is Justin Sullivan of New Model Army, alongside artists from Penguin Cafe, Chris Tofu, Cosmo Pyke, Daisy Chute, Kate Ireland, and comedian Rob Newman. Further artists are still to be announced.

‘Quiet Night Out’ has been meticulously crafted to align with the World Health Organization’s Global Standard for Safe Listening at Venues and Events. Expert sound engineering will ensure a high-quality performance that never compromises wellness, demonstrating that memorable live experiences do not have to come at the cost of hearing health.

Underlining this commitment, every ticket purchase includes a free pair of ACS Pacato 16 high-fidelity earplugs, courtesy of event sponsor ACS Custom.

This initiative follows Tinnitus UK’s recent report, Amplifying Awareness, which highlighted shared concerns and emerging best practices across the music sector, aiming to strengthen cross-industry collaboration on hearing safety.

Alex Brooks-Johnson, CEO of Tinnitus UK, commented: “We’re incredibly excited to bring Quiet Night Out to the iconic Union Chapel: an inclusive celebration of music and community. This event reinforces the important message that we want people to enjoy a lifetime of music.”

Tickets went on sale on 9th December and are available via the Tinnitus UK website.
