Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta have reached a settlement over her sexual harassment lawsuit against him.
The pair settled the lawsuit on 23 July, according to court documents submitted to a Los Angeles court on Tuesday.
West was later seen celebrating the end of the legal skirmish at a night club in Ibiza, TMZ reports.
According to the filing, obtained by Page Six, the settlement is “unconditional” and a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days of that date.
Pisciotta sued the disgraced rapper for sexual harassment and wrongful termination in June 2024.
She started working with West in July 2021 as he prepared to launch his Yeezy fashion line. The influencer was offered $1 million (£750,000) for the job, on condition that she would be available to him 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which she accepted.
West allegedly shared explicit details of sexual acts he wanted to experience, as well as photos and videos of himself having intercourse with other women. She claimed that he got angry after she shut down any advances to “date or have sex” with him.
In September 2022, Pisciotta was promoted to chief of staff of several of West’s companies on a $4 million (£3 million) salary. But just a month later, he fired her.
In an amended complaint obtained by Page Six in October 2024, Pisciotta further accused West of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
West denied the allegations as “baseless”.
