After months of rumours, proof seems to be in that Katy Perry is dating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
The loved-up couple were spotted kissing and cuddling on board Perry’s 24-metre yacht, the Caravelle, off the coast of Santa Barbara, California, The Mail on Sunday has revealed.
The I Kissed a Girl singer was pictured embracing and kissing her new love on the upper deck, as tourists on a whale-watching boat passed by – and snapped photos.
The pair kicked off speculation about a budding romance in July when they were spotted having an intimate dinner at Le Violon restaurant in Montreal.
Both have declined to comment on their relationship status so far.
Perry is enjoying a brief break from her Lifetimes world tour.
The pictures come about three months after Perry confirmed her split from British actor Orlando Bloom, with who she shares a five-year-old daughter.
Trudeau, who was Canada’s prime minister for a decade until stepping down earlier this year, has a distinctive ‘Haida raven’ inking on his upper left arm – a tribute to an indigenous Canadian people.
He split from wife Sophie in August 2023 after 18 years of marriage. They have two sons, aged 18 and 11, and a daughter who is 16.
