Kendrick Lamar won big at the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards on Tuesday night.
The Not Like Us rapper, who was nominated for 11 awards, ended up dominating the prizegiving staged at Drai’s Beachclub & Nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kendrick, who wasn’t in attendance at the ceremony, won a total of eight prizes including Lyricist of the Year, Hip Hop Artist of the Year, and Song of the Year.
Despite nabbing a whopping 12 nominations, Megan Thee Stallion surprisingly didn’t score any awards on the night.
Meanwhile, Sexyy Red was named Best Breakthrough Hip Hop Artist and Missy Elliott took home the gong for Best Live Performer.
Fat Joe, who served as host, kicked off the event by performing his 2006 single Make It Rain alongside DJ Spinatik.
The evening also featured performances from Trina, Yung Miami, Juicy J, 310babii, BossMan Dlow, and 2 Chainz.
In addition, actress-singer Teyana Taylor presented Travis Scott with the I Am Hip Hop award.
