Kevin Gates and Brittany Renner appear to be romantically involved after the pair shared a sweet moment together on Instagram.
On Thursday (April 3), Gates posted a clip from his Instagram Live onto his page, where he was seen riding shotgun and catching a vibe to Soul For Real’s “Candy Rain.” He then panned the camera over to show Brittany Renner in the driver seat, and began holding her hand and dancing along to the song. The pair burst out laughing before Kevin asked his fans tuning in how they were all doing.
“I hope this makes somebody smile today,” Gates wrote in the caption of the post. “bae u kno im goofy #Amilio #Alhamdulillah #LoveThisForMe.” A number of comments under the post show fans expressing their approval of the alleged new relationship. “I know their conversations are FIRE! I want to be a butterfly on their wall,” one wrote.
The video comes after Gates and the social media star were rumored to be an item back in 2022. Gates shouted out Renner on his song “Super General,” and then cast her as the star of his music video for “Bad For Me.”
Renner is known for her past high profile relationships, including NBA star PJ Washington. In May of 2021, Renner and Washington they welcomed a child together before reportedly parting ways a few weeks later. In 2022, she was also rumored to be dating YG after they were seen eating ice cream together in Los Angeles, though nothing else emerged after that.
As for Gates, he dropped off is I’m Him 2 mixtape back on March 19.
