Lollapalooza 2026: Olivia Dean, Charli xcx, Tate McRae, Lorde, The xx lead stacked line-up

The line-up for Lollapalooza 2026 has been announced, with Olivia Dean, Charli xcx, Tate McRae, Lorde and The xx among those at the top of the bill.

The Chicago festival, which will take place from July 30 to August 2, will also see John Summit, Jennie and The Smashing Pumpkins headline.

This year’s line-up spans multiple genres and eras, with some of the other big names including Geese, Wet Leg, Wolf Alice, Ethel Cain, Turnstile, Lil Uzi Vert, CMAT, Little Simz, Zara Larsson, Clipse, The Neighbourhood, Yungblud, Beabadoobee and Sombr.

Also set to perform are the likes of 5 Seconds Of Summer, JADE, Skye Newman, Viagra Boys, Oklou, Blood Orange, Suki Waterhouse, Major Lazer, Empire Of The Sun and The Chainsmokers.

Altogether, over 100 artists will play across eight different stages – check out the official poster below for the complete list.

Presale begins on Thursday (March 19) at 10am Central Time with a one-hour slot for the cheapest four-day tickets. General sale will begin an hour later, at 11am, with prices increasing. You can find more information on the festival’s website.

The festival has been going since 1991, when it was created as a farewell tour by Perry Farrell of Jane’s Addiction. Chicago has been its permanent location since 2005, while it has expanded with branches of the festival in countries including Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Germany in recent years.

The festivals in Chile and Argentina took place at the weekend, seeing the likes of Tyler, the Creator, Addison Rae, Lorde, Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan performing in South America. Lollapalooza Brazil is set to follow, taking place from March 20 to 22.

Last year’s Lollapalooza, meanwhile, saw headline sets from Carpenter, Tyler, Olivia Rodrigo, KoRn, Gracie Abrams, Doechii and TWICE.

Carpenter performed with Earth, Wind and Fire in one of the festival’s most memorable moments, while Cage The Elephant covered Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Changes’ in tribute to the Black Sabbath legend, who died the previous month.

2023’s edition of Lollapalooza, meanwhile, saw the likes of Blink-182, Hozier, SZA, The Killers, Future x Metro Boomin, Stray Kids, Melanie Martinez, Skrillex, The Japanese House, Deftones and more perform.

In a five-star review of Lollapalooza 2023, NME shared: “But even in the midst of acts giving their best at the festival, there’s still an undercurrent of imperfection that makes it all approachable and real.

“Lollapalooza isn’t trying to be anything it’s not, and by returning each year with a new plan to prioritise diversity in sound as well as a steadfast dedication to highlighting fresh acts (like on its BMI stage, where up-and-coming acts like Annie DiRusso and Beauty School Dropout are met with fans who sing along to every single word) the festival proves its dedication to just putting the music first, and the fans Lollapalooza draws in mirror that effort.”
