The 2026 edition of the festival will run next month between July 8 and 11, and will see Pulp, Foo Fighters, Florence & The Machine, and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds perform at the 10th anniversary instalment.

This year’s milestone event is set to bring together over 70 of the biggest names in music, with names including Twenty One Pilots, Lorde, CMAT, Wolf Alice, Jennie, Moby, The Last Dinner Party, Kings Of Leon, The War On Drugs, Halsey, Teddy Swims, Pixies, The Black Crowes, David Byrne also on the bill.

As was announced today, joining them will be Liens Très Dengereux, Yulie, Ksal, and Color, whose addition to the line-up follows them winning the Mad Cool DJ Talent presented by Vibra Mahou.

Per a press release, the presence of all four DJs on the bill – with each bringing their own electornic sound – demonstrates the festival’s commitment to bringing in emerging talent. Further reflecting this is the addition of Californian artist Linka Moja to the line-up.

Other artists include Kasabian, Jalen Ngonda, Matt Berninger, Sigrid, Interpol, Holly Humberstone, Midnight Generation, Frost Children, Sadie Jean, Son Mieux, Zimmer90, Chloe Slater, The Reytons, Persia Holder, Overpass, Ttssfu, and Supermodel.

Thoughout the festival, electronic music lovers will have their own dedicated space featuring DJs and artists like Richie Hawtin, Boys Noize, Polo & Pan, Nina Kraviz, Swimming Paul, Weval, Palms Trax and Bunt.

You can check out what to look out for during the biggest sets with NME’s Mad Cool headliner bingo here.

This year’s event will see the festival return to the Iberdrola Music Villaverde site in Madrid, which organisers previously announced had undergone a series of improvements, including a reduction in the number of stages, as well as a general reduction in public capacity to reduce schedule conflicts and artist overlaps.

In one recent schedule shake-up, it was announced that The Vaccines would now be performing on Wednesday 8 July, following a change to proceedings.

Last year’s festival saw performances from Olivia Rodrigo, Noah Kahan, Nine Inch Nails, Iggy Pop, Alanis Morrisette, Weezer, Thirty Second to Mars, Gracie Abrams, St. Vincent, Justice, Bloc Party, Kaiser Chiefs, The Wombats, Jet, Glass Animals and many more.

Last month, organisers also shared the performance times for the 2026 edition, which you can check out here.
