Madonna Celebrates ‘Confessions II’ Album With Limited-Time Pop-Ups

Long live the Queen of Pop — and for this weekend, the Queen of Pop-Up.

Madonna has brought her Confessions II album to life at four limited-time pop-up locations in New York, Los Angeles and London — all offering immersive visuals and décor, shopping experiences and content creation opportunities. The Confessions II album was released on Friday (July 3) via Warner Records and is the sequel to the superstar’s 2005 Confessions on a Dance Floor album.

In New York and Los Angeles, the Confessions II Pop-Up is open through July 5. In addition, a TikTok-presented House of Confessions installation in New York (separate from the Confessions II Pop-Up) and in London, ran from July 3-4. TikTok’s House of Confessions is part of the company’s recently announced global partnership with the Queen of Pop, which also included the hour-long “iHeartRadio and TikTok LIVE Premiere With Madonna” broadcast event (July 2).

Check out the locations and event details of the four pop-ups below.

Los Angeles: Confessions II Pop-Up — 8471 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90069. July 3-5, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time. Presented by Warner Records in collaboration with Please & Thank You. Access to the pop-up is free. The installation features exclusive Confessions II merchandise, plus Confessions II vinyl, CD and cassette editions, and the premiere of the TikTok-exclusive vinyl variant. Throughout the space, visitors can participate in photo opportunities themed to the new album and its lyrics, while basking in the glow of disco balls and Confessions II-hued lighting. Fans can also strike a pose and recreate the Confessions II album cover (complete with a purple veil), and might even grab a bottle of Madonna-branded “Holy Water.”

New York: Confessions II Pop-Up — The Drop House, 12 East 14th Street, New York, NY 10003. July 3-5; opening hours – July 3: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., July 4: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., July 5: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Access to the pop-up is free. Presented and produced by The Drop House. The experience offers a suite of themed merchandise and a range of Confessions II music products, including the only physical location to offer the Bilt-exclusive vinyl variant.

TikTok House of Confessions —

New York: 188 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10013. July 3-4, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. Access is free, but must be reserved in advance via Citizen Ticket.

London: The Vinyl Factory at Phonica Records, 51 Poland Street, Soho, London, W1F 7ND. July 3-4, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. local time. Access is free, but must be reserved in advance via Citizen Ticket.

House of Confessions brings Confessions II to life via album-inspired visuals, curated merch offerings, listening moments and of course Confessions II-themed photo ops.
