A man has been arrested for trespass at Chris Brown’s home twice in 24 hours.
The man was arrested on Wednesday evening for trespassing at the home of the Under The Influence singer, then arrested again on Thursday morning for a second similar offence, the Los Angeles Police Department told NBC4 Investigates.
TMZ reported that the first incident had occurred on Wednesday evening, after the man allegedly jumped a fence into the Tarzana, Los Angeles, property and attempted to light a fire. Police were called to the residence just before 7 pm.
The suspect was first spotted at Brown’s gate trying to get inside before hopping the fence and making it onto the grounds. Someone at the residence made contact with the man before officers arrived and took him into custody. The caller told police they recognised the individual and said he had been an ongoing problem.
Brown was not home at the time.
The suspect was booked on a trespassing charge, and a trespass report was completed, according to TMZ. His identity has not been released.
He was released from jail at around 4:30 am on Thursday morning and then re-arrested at around 10 am when he once more showed up at Brown’s home. Security detained the man until police arrived.
In another incident earlier this month, a security guard at Brown’s home allegedly fired a CO2-style gun following an argument with a woman who ran over his foot with her car.
Brown was home at the time but had no involvement in the altercation.
