Montreux Jazz Festival 60th anniversary line-up revealed with RAYE, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PinkPantheress, Lewis Capaldi and more

Montreux Jazz Festival has revealed the line-up for its 60th anniversary edition, with performances coming from RAYE, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PinkPantheress, Lewis Capaldi and more.

The 2026 instalment of the festival is set to take place on the Lake Geneva shoreline from July 3 – 18.

Today (Tuesday March 31), the first wave of artists have been revealed – and include RAYE, who will open the event with a special performance that sees the Auditorium Stravinski transformed into a completely new stage configuration for the first time.

The appearance will see her performing for the third consecutive year, and follows the release of her ‘Live At Montreux’ vinyl in 2024 and her latest album, ‘This Music May Contain Hope.’

July 11 will see performances from The Isley Brothers and The Roots, July 5 sees Aldous Harding shares a bill with Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, and July 17 sees Loyle Carner take to the stage as well as US funk outfit Vulfpeck.

Other huge names include Moby, who is making his Montreux debut, as well as artists dominating the charts in recent years – PinkPantheress, Zara Larsson, Tyla, Lewis Capaldi and Conan Gray – and iconic names like Deep Purple, Sting, John Legend, Van Morrison and James Taylor.

R&B acts helping make up the line-up include GIVĒON, Yebba, Sienna Spiro, and Joy Crookes, and electronic stars include Danny L Harle and ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U.

As usual, there will be a huge jazz focus, which this time spans across two evenings and sees the return of Charles Lloyd, who performed at the very first Montreux Jazz Festival in 1967. He is joined by Marcus Miller, who reunites musicians from We Want Miles! in tribute to Miles Davis, alongside Billy Cobham and Gregory Porter.

The 2026 edition also marks a return to the Montreux Congress Centre – combining the Festival’s renowned acoustics and intimate setting with an expanded lakeside programme. Check out the latest line-up for the 2026 edition above, and visit here for tickets.

Last year’s festival took place between July 4 and July 19 and saw headline performances from Neil Young, Benson Boone, Pulp, RAYE and more. The opening night of the festival also served as a celebration of the late Quincy Jones and his enduring legacy, and the event was given a glowing five-star review from NME and celebrated for its devotion to the music above all else.
