Niall Horan has confirmed he’ll release his new album Dinner Party on June 5.
Fans can pre-order the record – his first full-length project since 2023’s The Show – now and sign up for access to a pre-sale code linked to a run of UK and European tour dates that are still to be announced.
The album sees the former One Direction star reunite with longtime collaborators Julian Bunetta and John Ryan, who serve as executive producers.
The title track is released on Friday (20.03.26).
It’s inspired by a dinner party that he says “changed the course of my life”.
He wrote on X: “i’m so happy and excited to tell you my new single ‘dinner party‘ is coming out march 20. presave it now at niallhoran.com this song is about a really happy and big moment in my life. an evening at a simple dinner party that changed the course of my life. after writing the song , the words ‘dinner party‘ became the nucleus for the rest of the record. that once in a lifetime moment that I am grateful for and for everything that came after that night.(sic)”
Niall recently confirmed he had finished the album.
He posted on X, alongside behind-the-scenes clips and studio photos: “Album is DONE.”
Appearing on Zoom during the Hits Radio Breakfast Show with Fleur East, Will Best and James Barr, he gave an update on the project: “I’m in here finishing it right now. So I’m in the beat lab! I’m just finishing off some vocal bits and things like that, that I wasn’t happy with, but yeah! I should have music sometime this year. And I’m very excited about it!”
Niall recently released the duet Drive Safe with Myles Smith.
Niall’s debut solo album, Flicker, arrived in 2017 and reached number three in the UK. He went on to top the charts with 2020’s Heartbreak Weather and 2023’s The Show.
