Nick Cannon’s “genius” son Golden Sagon has skipped two grades at school.
The seven-year-old is about to start Grade 4, which is typically for nine and ten-year-old children.
His mum, Brittany Bell, has spoken out about how proud she is of her son.
“My bright babies!!” she wrote alongside photos of Golden, with his siblings Powerful Queen, three, and Rise Messiah, 23 months, who she shares with Nick.
“Golden is 7 in 4th grade (yes he’s advanced and yes his emotional intelligence matches his cognitive intellect).”
Brittany also noted that Golden was “was elected as his class representative” last year. “Weee so proud!!” she wrote. “They are doing well – can’t wait for this year and what they will do!”
Brittany has previously mentioned that Golden skipped kindergarten and pre-K. He reportedly wants to “be a NBA player someday.”
Nick has had 12 children in the last 13 years. His oldest kids are twins Moroccan and Monroe, 13, who he shares with Mariah Carey. Golden is the third oldest, and the others range from age three, to his 20-month daughter Halo Marie, who he shares with Alyssa Scott.
His son, Zen, who he also shared with h Alyssa, died from brain cancer aged five months, in 2021.
