Nino Paid and Warhol.SS Arrested on Felony Murder and Armed Robbery Charges

Nino Paid and Warhol.SS have been arrested in connection with a murder and armed robbery in Atlanta, according to a statement from the Atlanta Police Department. The rappers, whose real names are Jacquawn Andrews and Zahair Myles, respectively, have been charged with felony murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault. Pitchfork has reached out to their representatives for comment.

Andrews and Myles’ charges stem from their alleged involvement in the April 2026 shooting of Keion Borders, who later died in the hospital after succumbing to his injuries, in the Georgia capitol. Andrews was reportedly identified as an accomplice to the crime via Ring doorbell camera footage. No additional suspects have been charged as of this moment.

Andrews was reportedly apprehended by U.S. Border Patrol authorities at the Canada border on September 1 while attempting to re-enter the country after a scheduled show in Toronto. The DMV-based rapper was held in Michigan’s Wayne County Jail before being extradited to Atlanta more recently. Andrews released his latest album, Somewhere Over the Rainbow, in August.

In addition to those three charges, Myles also faces a fourth charge for criminal attempt to commit a felony. The Atlanta rapper allegedly turned himself into police on September 14 in connection to the murder. His most recent Warhol.SS album, Studio 54, came out in January.

Police have not shared a motive for the shooting. Both rappers remain in jail without bond, with Andrews scheduled to appear for a bond hearing today (October 15).

This is a developing story.
