Oasis fans have begun sharing their reactions as the first tickets for the band’s huge ‘Live ’27’ tour went on sale this morning (September 25).
The first ticket window opened at 9am BST today and will run until midday, with two further sales taking place from 1pm to 3pm and 5pm to 8pm. The staggered process will then be repeated on Saturday and Sunday.
Unlike the huge initial rush for the ‘Live ’25’ reunion tour, there is no open general sale. Fans were required to pre-register for the chance to receive a unique buying code. Successful applicants were then allocated a particular city and sales window.
Early reports from the first window suggest the experience has been considerably smoother for some fans than the chaotic original reunion sale.
One fan on the Oasis subreddit said they had deliberately targeted a Sunday show in the hope of avoiding the heaviest demand and had “tickets secured by 9.03am”.
Another, who bought general standing tickets for the first Manchester weekend, said they were through “within a couple of minutes”, adding: “Wasn’t an ordeal.”

A Knebworth buyer said they had joined queues for three Saturday shows when the waiting rooms opened at 8:30am and reached the front of all three by around 9:10am, with general admission tickets still available.
There were some technical difficulties, however. One fan reported reaching the ticket selection screen only to find that they could not choose a seat because the map “just stays grey”, while another Manchester buyer said large numbers of seats appeared to have been held back from the morning window.
Others were still waiting anxiously for codes. “I am so sad that I can’t get a ticket. 2025 and now :(,” one Reddit user wrote, although codes are continuing to be distributed across the weekend.
The atmosphere is a marked contrast to the notorious original Oasis reunion sale in August 2024, when hundreds of thousands of people spent hours in online queues, websites struggled under the demand and some fans reached the front only to find tickets dramatically more expensive than expected.
There has also been concern about resale tickets appearing almost immediately, with one fan writing: “There’s already tickets on Viagogo!!!!”
Oasis issued an urgent scam warning earlier this week, stressing that buying codes from other people will not work.
“Any codes that are offered for sale are fraudulent and will not enable you to buy tickets,” the band said, warning fans never to pay for an access code, provide passwords or card details in response to unsolicited messages, or follow ticket links to unofficial websites.
The tour has already grown since it was announced. Oasis added four further shows this week due to “phenomenal demand”, comprising two more Knebworth dates on September 25 and 26, another Allianz Arena show in Munich on July 6 and an additional Rome date on July 26.
Excitement around the shows has also turned to what Oasis might actually play. The ‘Live ’25’ setlist remained virtually unchanged across the comeback tour, but fans have been calling for rarities and songs including ‘Columbia’, ‘Round Are Way’, ‘Listen Up’, ‘Gas Panic’ and ‘Go Let It Out’ to return in 2027.
Any hopes that the shows will feature completely new Oasis material appear to have been dashed, however. Despite fan speculation about a possible first new album since 2008’s ‘Dig Out Your Soul’, Noel Gallagher recently stated simply: “There won’t be any new music.”
He has, however, promised that the concerts themselves will be an improvement on the reunion run. Speaking about ‘Live ’27’, Noel said: “All of us are gonna be way more relaxed. This is gonna be a lot more fun this time and we’re gonna put on a great show and it’s gonna be unbelievable.”
Liam Gallagher, meanwhile, has injected some added urgency into this weekend’s ticket scramble by suggesting the new run could conceivably be Oasis’ last.
“This could be the last time so get involved,” he wrote in a since-deleted post, later clarifying: “It isn’t a farewell tour but it still could be our last.”
The latest tour comes in the wake of the new documentary Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger, which chronicles the brothers’ reconciliation and triumphant ‘Live ’25’ comeback and arrived in UK cinemas earlier this month.
NME gave the film four-and-a-half stars, describing it as “masterfully done, with moments of irreverence and intense passion burning throughout”.
