Irish rockers The Script currently hold second place in the midweek standings with their eighth studio album, The User’s Guide To Being Human. The record is positioning the group for a ninth Top 5 entry, though they could still make a push for the top spot before the final rankings are locked in on Friday.
Global girl group KATSEYE are also eyeing a high entry, with their new EP WILD sitting at Number 3 midweek. The group previously achieved Official Albums Chart success in 2025 when BEAUTIFUL CHAOS reached Number 55. Close behind, British electronic duo Jungle are tracking for a fifth Top 10 album with their feel-good summer release, Sunshine, currently at Number 4. The top five is rounded out by Michael Jackson’s compilation The Essential, which slips to Number 5.
Further down the chart standings, former professional MMA fighter Kris Barras and his band are on course for their debut Official Albums Chart appearance with Monsters We Made at Number 7. Marilyn Manson’s One Assassination Under God – Chapter 2 is heading towards a Top 10 finish at Number 8.
Additionally, Lancashire rock icons Jethro Tull could see their 1999 album J-Tull Dot Com make its first Top 40 appearance, with a new deluxe edition driving it toward a potential peak at Number 20. Duo Getdown Services are aiming for their first Top 40 entry with Massive Champion at Number 22, while Ariana Grande’s former chart-topper eternal sunshine looks set to re-enter the Top 40 at Number 35 as she kicks off her London residency at The O2.
