“This show tested me in every way; my body, mind, and soul,” Pink said, noting a series of cancellations and postponements
Pink has bid farewell to her Summer Carnival tour, calling the epic 131-show tour across 15 countries the “most physically, mentally and spiritually ambitious show I’ve ever put on.”
The singer closed out her final show in Orlando, Florida, on Wednesday. After the performance wrapped, she posted a montage of the journey on Instagram. “And just like that… it’s over,” she wrote. “This show tested me in every way; my body, mind, and soul … It’s been really, really hard, but every moment has been worth it for the memories we’ve created together.”
“I know I say thank you a lot, but thank you will never be enough,” she added. “Your energy, love, commitment and passion are why we do this every night. Why I leave it all out there, every time. You have created a safe space with me where we can all belong. A world where we can put down our armor and our walls and just be. Breathe. Scream. Cry. Laugh. Feel. Celebrate. Mourn. Rage.”
Pink has been on the road in support of her 2023 album, Trustfall, for well over a year, with special guests Sheryl Crow, The Script, and KidCutUp joining her along the way. Throughout both the European and North American legs of the tour, Pink had a series of postponements and cancellations due to undisclosed reasons.
“Thank you to my family, my team, my dancers, my band and my crew,” Pink added. “Thank you for creating this incredible world with me. I can’t believe what we’ve done. I can’t believe it’s over.”
