President 2026 UK and European tour announced

President have announced a UK and European headline tour for later this year – see all the dates and ticket info below.

The masked metal band recently announced the debut album ‘Blood Of Your Empire’, which will be released on September 4 via Atlantic Records, and now they have confirmed details of an accompanying tour for November.

They have just completed a North American run supporting Bad Omens, and their new tour will kick off on November 1 in Stockholm’s Slaktkyrkan. Dates will follow in Oslo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Paris and Brussels.

They then launch the UK run in Cardiff’s Depot on November 18, before heading to Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham, before a blow-off date at the O2 Academy Brixton in London on November 24.

A pre-sale for tickets begins at 10am on Tuesday (May 27), while the general sale is at the same time on Friday (May 29) – you will be able to find yours here.

President will play:

NOVEMBER
1 – Stockholm, Slaktkyrkan
2 – Oslo, Rockefeller
3 – Copenhagen, Amager Bio
5 – Berlin, Kesselhaus
6 – Hamburg, Docks
7 – Cologne, Live Music Hall
14 – Paris, Elysee Monmartre
16 – Brussels, Ancienne Belgique
18 – Cardiff, Depot
19 – Glasgow, O2 Academy
21 – Manchester, O2 Victoria Warehouse
23 – Birmingham, O2 Academy
24 – London, O2 Academy Brixton

The band have released ‘Angel Wings’, ‘Mercy’ and ‘Doom Loop’ as tastes of ‘Blood Of Your Empire’, describing the latter as being “about the strange tragedy of time – how we spend our lives chasing it, wasting it, and fearing it – only to realise its value once a moment is gone”.

The group, fronted by an unknown masked singer, made their debut live appearance at Download 2025 last summer. They later played their first headline gig at The Garage in London.

In a three-star review of President’s first London gig, NME noted “a cultlike atmosphere” inside the venue. It read: “Sweat is already dripping from our singer’s disturbing mask as he arrives at the glowing red lectern onstage. He’s soon overpowered by the audience – a running theme across the night – who are awestruck and roaring from minute one.”

Many fans are convinced that the band’s frontman is Charlie Simpson of Busted and Fightstar fame. The speculation was fuelled by Simpson revealing to NME in 2024 that he was working on new music. However, he only mentioned his plans with Busted and Fightstar, rather than any new projects coming up.

The stage names of all the members were subsequently revealed, but President said they were “never going to discuss or acknowledge our identities”.
