Rita Ora is being sued by her former manager for more than $4 million (£3 million).
Sarah Stennett has launched legal action against the Let You Love Me singer, claiming that she did not hand over a percentage of her earnings.
The 35-year-old parted ways with her former manager in 2024, as the pair had reportedly disagreed over the “direction of her career”.
They had worked together for nearly two decades, with Stennett first signing Ora in 2009, when she was just 18.
The FAE Ventures founder has lodged papers at London’s High Court claiming her firm is owed millions, meaning the pop star now faces a lengthy legal battle.
They claim that Ora allegedly failed to hand over a cut of her earnings from tours and TV work to the tune of $4.2 million (£3.2 million), with documents claiming she violated her contract by failing to pay the firm’s cut.
The largest of these payments was allegedly just over $2.3 million (£1.7 million), with another sum of $1.5 million (£1.1 million) allegedly outstanding from “unreported touring income” from her Phoenix World Tour between 2019 and 2020.
It has also been claimed Ora wasn’t completely honest about the money she made as a judge on The Masked Singer.
The star has yet to file a defence to the claim, according to The Sun.
After leaving FAE Ventures in 2024, the Anywhere singer signed with Melissa Ruderman at Range Media Partners.
Ora’s fourth studio album is expected to be released in 2027. She is also working on upcoming film projects, including Viqueens, Voltron and Honeymoon with Harry.
