Rüfüs Du Sol have made history with the highest-selling electronic tour of all time.

The Australian trio have been out on the road on their ‘Inhale/Exhale’ world tour in support of the album of the same name which came out last year.

The tour has sold 750,000 headline tickets and reached 1.5million fans worldwide across festivals and headline shows in 2025, according to a press release from Live Nation. Of that number, they shifted 180,000 tickets across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland. To celebrate, the trio was presented with a commemorative plaque in Sydney.

In addition, Rüfüs Du Sol has become  the highest-selling Australian act ever at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena and broke an all-time attendance record at Auckland’s Outer Fields at Western Springs, performing to a 25,000-strong crowd.

They have also played nearly 50 headline dates on four continents, taking in venues electronic acts can rarely fill. Along the way, they became the first electronic act to headline Los Angeles’ Rose Bowl.

As part of their UK and European tour, they played a huge show at London’s Crystal Palace Park this summer. They’ll be extending the tour into 2026, with South American dates in February and European ones in the spring, including a show at London’s The O2 on May 13, 2026.

During a show in Los Angeles in August, police made an arrest following an alleged assault on three fans.

In a statement shared to Instagram, a fan alleged that she accidentally spilt a drink on a man, who later “punched me in the face, knocking me out and causing significant bleeding, while he continued attacking our group.”

After news of the incident emerged, Rüfüs Du Sol said they found it “devastating”, adding in a statement on their Instagram Story: “Delivering moments to our fans to gather and celebrate safely is what we live for. We have been heart broken to hear of the act of violence that took place during the opening act on Saturday,” per Rolling Stone.

“This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable anywhere, and the fact that this happened at one of our shows was devastating to learn about,” they continued. “Local law enforcement are actively investigating the situation.” At the time, they encouraged anyone with information on the incident to contact the Pasadena Police Department.
