Global icon Shakira has officially made history. Billboard has confirmed that her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour is now the highest-grossing Hispanic tour of all time, raking in a staggering $421.6 million in revenue.

The monumental feat saw the Grammy-winning Colombian singer-songwriter perform 82 stadium shows across North America and Latin America, drawing more than 3.3 million fans. This total surpasses the previous record of $409.5 million held by the Luis Miguel Tour (2023-2024).

A Milestone 30 Years in the Making

Reflecting on her achievement, Shakira expressed profound gratitude for her longevity in an ever-evolving industry. “Breaking this record is a new milestone for me… to be living this amazing moment after a 30-year career is unbelievable,” she shared. “I can only be grateful for the loyalty and passion of my fans.”

The tour’s dominance was perhaps most evident in Mexico City, where Shakira performed a historic 12-show run at Estadio GNP Seguros, selling 780,000 tickets. Due to unprecedented demand, a 13th and final show has been added for February 27th.

Dominating the Charts and the Box Office

Shakira’s record-breaking year isn’t limited to the stage. She recently voiced and performed the lead track “Zoo” for Disney’s Zootopia 2. The song, co-written with Ed Sheeran, has already surpassed 500 million streams, while the film itself has become the highest-grossing animated movie of all time, earning over $1.7 billion.

This success builds on the momentum of her 12th studio album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, which became the most-streamed album of 2024 within 24 hours of its release and earned her a Grammy for Best Latin Album.

As 2026 begins, the “Global Touring Icon” shows no signs of slowing down. With over 95 million records sold and a legacy of resilience, Shakira continues to redefine what is possible for Latin artists on the world stage.
