Sharon Osbourne has revealed that she nearly sent some faeces to Roger Waters following his attack on Ozzy Osbourne.

The Osbournes came to blows with the former Pink Floyd member recently, when the latter took part in an interview with The Independent Ink podcast shortly after Ozzy’s death, and said that he wasn’t a fan him, his time on television, or his music.

“He was all over the TV for hundreds of years with his idiocy and nonsense,” he said “I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did, I have no interest in biting the heads off chickens or whatever they do. I couldn’t care less.”

In response, Jack Osbourne took to social media to call out Waters as “pathetic and out of touch you’ve become”, and adding: “My father always thought you were a c*nt – thanks for proving him right.”

Then, on a recent episode of The Osbournes podcast, Sharon hit back at Waters too, saying: “He has no charisma, he looks like Frankenstein. The guy is sick in the head, he is not relevant in today’s world. Nobody likes him.” Shortly afterwards, a new shirt listed for sale on the late metal legend’s merch page, showing a cartoon version of Ozzy urinating onto a wall that resembles the cover of the iconic Pink Floyd album, ‘The Wall’.

Now, Sharon – who is Ozzy’s widow and manager – has revealed that she nearly took things one step further and was debating whether or not to send a box of excrement to the prog icon.

Appearing in a new episode on Piers Morgan Uncensored, she continued to hit out at Waters as “not liked”, “not liked” and a “has-been”.

“He was great, but his greatness didn’t last. He couldn’t do any great music on his own,” she added, going on to reference the controversial attire he wore on stage in 2023 that some alleged bore resemblance to a Nazi uniform.

“He’s crazy though, he’s definitely, definitely not wired right. Five wives later, and [he] hates everybody that’s successful. He’s stomping around in his pathetic homemade Nazi outfit. He’s nuts. I was going to send him one of my Tiffany boxes.”

The box in question is a nod to her history of sending out boxes of poo to journalists and other people who spoke ill of her and her family over the years. She opened up about the tactic back in 2006, saying that she had done it for years, and first came up with the idea when a journalist printed hurtful comments about her children’s weight.

“When the first review came out of [reality show] The Osbournes, the journalist said something about my kids being fat and how unappealing that was,” she told Metal Hammer nearly two decades ago (via Metal Underground). “I said, ‘I heard you’ve got an eating disorder. Eat this.’… I’ve done it for an awfully long time. I suppose I find it funny. I don’t just do it to anybody. They have to have done something really bad.”

In the new interview with Piers Morgan, she explained that she ultimately decided not to send a similar parcel to Waters.

“Even that is a waste, to send shit to him. It’s a waste because he’s really insignificant,” she explained. “But I just thought, anybody that passes has a family… you don’t do that.”

Later in the interview, Sharon went on to say that she thought Waters’ comments on the podcast were actually aimed at her, instead of Ozzy, and alleged that they could have stemmed from anti-Semitism. Waters has previously strongly denied any accusations of being anti-Semitic, and has not yet commented publicly on the comments made by Sharon in the new interview.

Ozzy, The Prince Of Darkness, died on July 22 at his family home in Buckinghamshire. He passed away due to a heart attack, but was in poor health beforehand as he suffered from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s. His death came just 17 days after he played his final-ever live show in his hometown of Birmingham, where he raised millions for multiple charities and enlisted help from some of the biggest names in metal.

Elsewhere in the interview with Morgan, Sharon opened up about her last moments with the heavy metal pioneer and shared the final words he said to her.

After his death, fans pushed to rename Birmingham Airport in his honour, and a petition forward on Change.org has gone on to get over 75,000 signatures. The petition is still getting momentum, despite hopes being nixed by the airport’s CEO.

It has also recently been revealed that the late singer had been posthumously honoured with the Birmingham Lord Mayor’s Award on what would have been his 77th birthday.
