Sharon Van Etten and the Attachment Theory are hitting the road in 2025. The singer-songwriter and her longtime band — Jorge Balbi, Devra Hoff, and Teeny Lieberson — will bring their upcoming debut album on tour across North America following the self-titled record’s Feb. 7 release.
The band has also shared another glimpse into what they have coming on the album. The tour announcement arrives alongside their latest single “Southern Life (What It Must Be Like),” the second single to be released from the record. It follows the lead single “Afterlife.” The accompanying music video for the single features live performance footage of Sharon Van Etten and the Attachment Theory.
It doubles as a preview of the live run, which is scheduled to begin in full swing on April 24 in Atlanta. The North American leg of the tour will extend through May 21, when the band will wrap with a closing show in Los Angeles. They also have shows planned for Nashville, Brooklyn, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and more.
Prior to the full run of shows, Sharon Van Etten and the Attachment Theory will play three shows on the East Coast. The week before the album arrives, they have performances booked for Westerly, Rhode Island; Woodstock, New York; and Asbury Park, New Jersey.
The band will be joined on select dates by She Keeps Bees, Nabihah Iqbal, and Love Spells.
