Supergrass have added some extra dates to their 2027 UK tour due to phenomenal demand. Find all the details below.
Gaz Coombes and co. announced the upcoming trek last week, promising to “pull out the hits and deep cuts” at the shows. It’ll mark the Oxford band’s first headline tour on these shores since their 2025 ‘I Should Coco’ 30th anniversary jaunt.
They initially confirmed nine concerts for next April and May, taking place in Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, London, Bristol and Portsmouth.
Now, Supergrass have shared details of three additional gigs, scheduling second nights in Glasgow (April 28), Manchester (May 2) and London (May 8). These follow a continued high demand for tickets.

Speaking about the forthcoming tour, frontman Coombes told fans that Supergrass were “excited to get back into it next year”.
“Last time around was all about ‘I Should Coco’ so for the next live shows we’re going to have some fun going through the records, pulling out even more of them hits and deep cuts for your ears. Bring on Spring 27!”
Supergrass announced their split back in 2010, but confirmed their return in 2019 on a mission to “bring joy into a slightly disturbed world”.
During an interview with NME in autumn 2024, Coombes spoke about whether the band could release any new material – which would follow on from their sixth LP, 2008’s ‘Diamond Hoo Ha’.
“This [tour] is about celebrating what we’ve done. We’ve talked about recording stuff before,” he said. “No, there are no plans to record new music. Getting back on stage is the exciting part at the moment.”
Coombes also told us at the time that he was “planning some sessions to start writing” for his next solo album, alongside working on “a couple of other projects”. His latest record, ‘Turn The Car Around’, arrived in 2023.
