Saturday 8th March will see the group taking over Wembley Stadium for an unmissable charity football match between the biggest names in the world. Wembley – known for hosting iconic music and sporting moments with the likes of Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Oasis, plus the London 2012 Olympics, the Women’s 2022 Euros and more – is the biggest stadium in the UK with a capacity of 90,000 people.
With over 100 million subscribers between them, 21 million subscribers on their main YouTube channel and 6 billion views globally, Sidemen are one of the biggest online platforms in the world. Since the inaugural charity football match in 2015, the seven best friends have sold out games, and last year alone raised over £2.4million for charities Teenage Cancer Trust and CALM.
Now, Sidemen Charity Match is back, bigger than ever before. With 60,000 tickets selling out in 90 minutes last year and streamed online to 17 million loyal viewers, it’ll be an unforgettable game between Sidemen FC and YouTube Allstars in aid of Bright Side and BBC Children in Need
Last year’s match saw Sidemen FC (Olajide ‘JJ’ Olatunji (KSI), Simon Minter (Miniminter), Joshua Bradley (Zerkaa), Tobit ‘Tobi’ Brown (TBJZL), Ethan Payne (Behzinga), Vikram Singh Barn (Vikkstar123), and Harry Lewis (W2S)) win 8-5 against a team of YouTube Allstars at the London Stadium in Stratford. All eyes are now on if Sidemen FC can retain their title with the new team of Allstars announcement to come.
General sale begins on Monday 18th November at 9am. Secure your tickets at sidemenfc.com.
