On Friday (June 26), Chris Brown and Usher kicked off their Raymond & Brown Tour at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado. The three-hour spectacle was a dream come true for R&B enthusiasts, as the generational icons performed some of the biggest and most storied hits of their careers.

The enthralling experience was divided into nine cinematic acts, during which Usher and Brown took turns captivating fans with their fancy footwork and dreamy vocals. Usher entertained his zealous supporters with songs such as “U Remind Me,” “Yeah!,” “Confessions” and “OMG,” on the setlist, while Brown countered with his array of hits, including “No Guidance,” “Go Crazy,” “Run It” and more. And when the singers weren’t embarking on their solo runs, they teamed up for “It Depends,” “Party” and “New Flame,” drawing loud cheers from the crowd each time they shared the stage.

Usher and Brown weren’t alone, as they invited Mario and Eric Bellinger to partake in the festivities, with the former performing a medley of his songs during intermission.

The blockbuster soirée showcased the lasting impact both stars have had on modern R&B while highlighting the chemistry that has made their collaborations fan favorites over the years. The tour will continue through December with stops in major markets, including Los Angeles, Atlanta and Chicago. Fans can purchase their tickets and VIP packages here.

Last week, Breezy released the 10-song deluxe edition of his 12th studio album, Brown. The project, which earned a top 10 debut on the Billboard 200, features records such as “We Embrace,” “It Depends” and “Holy Blindfold.”
