Watch Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter Apple sing on stage

Footage of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow‘s daughter Apple Martin performing on stage has been shared.

The 21 year-old was recently captured performing at Cannery Hall in Nashville alongside musical duo Jade Street. You can watch the performance below.

The duo also shared a post on Instagram of her singing on their forthcoming single ‘Satellites’, which is out on October 28.

It comes after Apple was previously credited as a co-songwriter on the Coldplay song ‘Let Somebody Go’ from their 2021 album ‘Music Of The Spheres’, which features guest vocals from Selena Gomez.

Her brother Moses Martin was also credited with performing vocals alongside his father on the chorus of the track ‘Humankind’.

In 2016 Apple also sang a cover of Ariana Grande‘s ‘Just a Little Bit Of Your Heart’ and Moses performed Twenty One Pilots‘ ‘House of Gold’ during a benefit show.

Elsewhere, Chris Martin recently reflected on the “angry” and “negative” response to some of the viral comments he’s made on tour recently.

He was asked about a moment at the end of their final Wembley Stadium date last month, when fans held up red paper hearts. The singer-songwriter opened up about why the sight “made me cry”, before acknowledging some negative reactions to certain remarks he made during their concerts.

“I did get a little shaken recently,” Martin explained. “Because almost every time that I’ve said anything that we really believe in – in terms of equality, empathy, the things that I believe will help humans, more than criticism or aggression or genocide or terrorism – they’ve somehow become viral, negatively.”

He continued: “A group of people are angry because I want to love all people. I’m not angry at those people that are angry at me but I was starting to get a bit like, ‘Do I have to stop saying that we welcome people from all [places]?’”

In other news, the frontman recently teased the yet-to-be-announced next leg of Coldplay’s huge ‘Music Of The Spheres’ tour – confirming that there are still “138 more shows to go”.
