Memphis rapper Glorilla made her MTV VMAs debut tonight, taking the stage at Long Island’s UBS Arena for a performance of “Yeah Glo!” from her new album Ehhthang Ehhthang and recent single “TGIF.” Glorilla strutted down a long wooden desk flanked by dancers, flying dollar bills, and erupting flames. Glorilla is nominated in three categories at this year’s VMAs; “Yeah Glo!” got a nod for Best Hip-Hop, while “Wanna Be,” her joint track with Megan Thee Stallion, was recognized for Best Collaboration. The rapper also got a nom for MTV Push Performance of the Year, for her September 2023 performance of “Lick or Sum.”
