Wolf Alice to headline Eden Sessions 2026

Wolf Alice have been announced as the opening headliners for Eden Sessions 2026. Find all the details below.

The London band will top the bill at the Cornwall summer concert series on Tuesday June 16 in support of their Mercury-shortlisted latest album, 2025’s ‘The Clearing’.

Organisers said the forthcoming slot offers fans “a rare opportunity to see this huge band in a special and intimate setting”.

“So excited to be playing down in Cornwall at the Eden Project this year!” the group wrote in a statement. “It’s one we’ve wanted to do for some time, and in such a beautiful place.”

Simon Townsend, Eden Sessions director, added: “Wolf Alice are one of the most exciting bands of their generation with music that feels powerful yet familiar.

“This is going to be a truly unforgettable night and continues to solidify this year’s Eden Sessions line-up as the best yet.”

He continued: “What better way to celebrate the Eden Project turning 25 than by announcing one of Britain’s biggest bands for this special show!”

Tickets go on general sale at 10am GMT this Thursday (January 22) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Alternatively, Inside Track pass‑holders can buy tickets now.

The other performers confirmed for Eden Sessions’ 25th anniversary edition are Snow Patrol, The Maccabees, Becky Hill, Pixies, Bowling For Soup, Frank Turner and Bastille.

Wolf Alice wrapped up their 2025 UK and Ireland arena tour last month, following a run of gigs in Europe and North America. They returned to the stage recently for performances in Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore.

Next month, Ellie Rowsell and co. will visit Australia and New Zealand before heading back to the UK for the ‘Trans Mission’ charity show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley in March.

They’ll then top the bill at this year’s Teenage Cancer Trust series at the Royal Albert Hall. The band are also scheduled to headline this year’s Tramlines Festival and Kendal Calling, and make appearances at TRNSMT, Mad Cool, NOS Alive and other events in Europe.

‘The Clearing’ landed at Number 11 on NME‘s 50 best albums of 2025 list last month. “With their perfectly ripened fourth album, Wolf Alice returned more assured than ever,” the entry read.

The single ‘Bloom Baby Bloom’, meanwhile, was placed at Number 12 on our 50 best songs of the year rundown.

Speaking to NME at the end of 2025, the band reflected on making the jump to arenas on their acclaimed latest record. “I do think it’s the time now to try that kind of thing,” explained bassist Theo Ellis.

“We’ve grown at the right pace. We’ve done things when we’ve felt comfortable doing them. We’ve backed ourselves creatively and only when we feel like we could achieve and give the show that we want to give.”

Rowsell added: “No matter how big or small the stage is, it feels like you’re part of a real show – almost like a play.

“I wanted the songs to have that element of performance in the songwriting itself and the recording, rather than figuring it out afterwards or seeing how it takes shape. People are like, ‘This is your most chilled out album’, and maybe it is, but when we perform, I’m like, ‘No, this feels so different’.”
