Central Cee Says Drake Makes Him Feel ‘Broke’ When They Hang Out: ‘I Feel Like a Little Fish’

Central Cee has said only one rapper has made him feel broke, and it was none other than the 6 God himself.

The U.K. rapper was interviewed by Instagram channel Rambo Is Talking, and when asked if any rapper has ever made him feel broke, had only one answer in mind: Drake.

“I feel like it’s good to stay around people like that,” Cench began. “I stay around people like that…[but] I can’t lie, obviously around Drake I feel like a little fish.”

When asked if Central Cee had any chance of catching up to The Boy financially, the rapper simply said, “He’s gone,” adding that people with Drake’s level of wealth often “own hospitals” and have their hands in so many other things it’s impossible to catch up.

Central Cee and Drizzy linked up over the summer for “Which One,” which gave the former his first No. 1 on the Rap and Rhythmic Airplay charts. Most recently, Central Cee headlined Rolling Loud’s inaugural India festival in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, shutting down the first night. Leading up to the festival, Rolling Loud co-founder Tariq Cherif said during a livestream with Adin Ross and DJ Akademiks that they always offer Drizzy the “max” amount of money possible to perform.

“I send an offer to Drake every year,” Cherif said. “We send him our max offer, millions of dollars.”

Despite these large sums of money, Drake has never performed at a Rolling Loud festival.
